Praveen qualified as a solicitor in 1990. He is the firm’s senior partner.
Praveen is a specialist regulatory lawyer with extensive experience of representing businesses, professionals and individuals facing investigations and prosecutions brought by Regulatory Bodies including Local Authorities, Health & Safety Executive, Trading Standards and the Environment Agency.
In addition Praveen has specialist expertise in the law relating to the regulation of Children’s Services (ranging from childminders and daycare providers to children’s homes and adoption and fostering agencies), and the regulation of healthcare and adult social care services (to include care provided by hospitals, care homes and home-care agencies). He has considerable experience of conducting and acting as Advocate in Care Standards cases before the First-tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber).
Praveen also specialises in Road Traffic offences. He has extensive experience of acting for clients seeking to avoid a disqualification for offences involving very high speeds or those who have accumulated 12 or more points on their licence and face a driving ban under the totting-up provisions.
